The Area Median Income (AMI) limits have been updates for the Your Way Home Arizona Program.  The slight increase will help more clients become eligible for Your Way Home Arizona.  Please see the NSP Fact Sheet 06-01-2010 for the new limits.  Note that the counties that have a strike through them no longer have funds available.  The Your Way Home Arizona Program offers up to a 22% purchase assistance to qualified homebuyers in Arizona who are buying eligible foreclosed homes.  Please contact me with any additional questions.
