Senate approves for the Home Buyers Tax Credit deadline to be extended to September 30th
With the rush of home buyers buying homes in April to qualify for the Home Buyers Tax Credit, lenders, title companies, appraisers and other players in the home buying process are causing a bottled necked in closing these loans by the end of June 30th deadline. Today the Senate had approves an amendment to extend the closing tax credit deadline to September 30th. This will avoid buyers loosing the credit because of the rush to close all the loans by the end of June.
