Does Warren Buffet think the lowest interest rates have past us by?

The Mortgage Bond Market opening higher (good news for mortgage rates) this morning on news that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose only .2% in October.  This was .1% less than expected.  This tells us inflation has only risen 1.2% over the last year.  The market is still trying to figure out what QE 2 [...]

What is going on with Mortgage Rates today.

Mortgage Bonds are improving this morning after 6 of the last 7 days of getting beat down. The Producer Price Index (PPI) was reported at .4% when expectations were .8%.  Removing food and energy from the factor, PPI was -.6% which was much lower than the expected .1%.
