Interest rates continue to improve.  This morning is the ninth straight day where the MBS have opened or ended up the day in positive territory.   This has not happend in over 6 months.   MBS are approaching MBS highs of March 16th.  After March 16th MBS started selling off and droped( higher rates) for almost a month until April 11th lows.
